MUCC to Release New Album in June 2014, Plus Seven Month Concert Project Ending at Yoyogi National Stadium


In addition to the release of their new album in June of 2014, MUCC has also announced that they will hold seven consecutive months of live performances with a project entitled "SIX NINE WARS-SEVEN MONTHS WARS-."

MUCC, whose performance on December 22 at the ORIX THEATRE in Osaka entitled "MUCC 2DAYS CIRCUIT 2013 FINAL 'Hypnos vx Thanatos Z -God vs God boomΣ(゜Д゜)-" ended in great success, has announced some great news for 2014. First of all, their "live project" beginning in March of 2014 will span for seven consecutive months featuring six different varieties of tours with nine performances each tour. Their "grand final" will be held on September 23 at Yoyogi National Stadium First Gymnasium.

The project, entitled "SIX NINE WARS-SEVEN MONTHS WARS-," begins in March 2014 with "Episode 1. MU-P LIVES," which will be an opening ceremony featuring concerts produced by the members, and these concerts are limited to MUCC's fan club members only. In April, "Episode 2. VS" will be a two-band tour featuring a band from another genre. Their May performances entitled "Thanatos & Thanatos" will be a one-man tour, their June performances will be a three-band tour, and their July performances will be a new album tour. Details for their August multi-band tour will be released at a later date, making it seven high-powered months of performances for fans to look forward to.
