＜HighApps Vol.18 SPECIAL!!＞: First Group Of Artists Revealed

The HIP-LAND-MUSIC-produced music event, ＜HighApps＞, which features various up-and-coming acts, will be held at Shinkba STUDIO COAST on March 21st, 2014, as ＜HighApps Vol.18 SPECIAL!! ~Three. Two. One! SPRING Rock Party~＞. The first group of participating artists has been revealed along with the start of advanced ticket pre orders.

The first group of participating artists was announced during the talk show section of the event ＜HighApps＞ held at LIQUIDROOM on December 9th. The 9 artists announced this time were avengers in sci-fi, THE ORAL CIAGARETTES, KANA-BOON, Kidori Kidori, Tensai BAND (Reitaro Kimyou・Sunday Kamide・Teshima Koji), The Flickers, Predawn, Frederic, and LITE. More are scheduled to be announced as they come.

Furthermore, special ticket pre orders have begun within the ＜HighApps Vol.18 SPECIAL!! ~Three. Two. One! SPRING Rock Party~＞ section of HighApps’ official website. Adhering to the date of the event, the special pre order is named “Three. Two. One!! Wari Ticket”.

By accessing the event page and Tweeting via Twitter, you will be able to pre order the tickets for a discounted price of ¥3,210 (standard price: ¥4,500). The offer ends on December 15th, 2013, so be sure to check the details and act fast.

LITE Will Go on a Europe Tour in 2014. Their New Song Written for a TV Commercial Has Been on Air.

LITE is going on a Europe tour for 12 shows in six countries in February 2014. This will be their fifth Europe tour and the first tour in two years. They will be performing as the headliner for all of the shows.

It also has been revealed that they wrote a song for Megane Ichiba's TV commercial series called “Megane ni Kando wo”, on air from December 1st.

This is the first release after the previous album that came out in June, “Installation”. The new song is an urban sounding tune with catchy but technical guitar riffs and electro sound of a synthesizer.

LITE Plays for Tip at Their 10th Anniversary Solo Show. Tickets with USB for Live Performance Download Are Out on Sale.

LITE is going to throw a solo show at Laforet Museum on October 5th to celebrate their 10th anniversary. To show their gratitude for fans, they will play for tips and leave it to fans to decide how much their performance is worth.

Admission requires pre-registered tickets available on their official website. Tickets with USB for live performance downloads will be out on sale. This will only be available on Playguide and preorder has been out on their official website. There is only a limited number of registration tickets.

Also “Installation” , an album released by a post-rock label in Nagoya “STIFF SLACK” and an American label, “Keep It” , will be released as exclusive 300 cassette tapes. The tapes will be available at concert venues on September 15th. If you are a core fan, this is a must-have item! So, do not miss this chance to get the album!
