[Single] WEAVER - 夢を繋いで [2013.12.18]

「夢を繋いで」が使用されるのは12月15日（日）放送の「全日本実業団女子駅伝『クイーンズ駅伝 in 宮城 2013』」と、1月1日（水・祝）放送の「ニューイヤー駅伝2014 in ぐんま」の2番組。また同曲は12月18日から1月7日まで期間限定で配信される。

さらにWEAVERが1月からTBS系列で放送予定の 新番組「Find the WASABI!」のテーマソングを担当することも発表された。TBSとシンガポールのテレビ局MediaCorpが共同制作するこの番組は、シンガポー ル、タイ、インドネシアのタレントたちが東京のシェアハウスで共同生活をしながら日本文化を体験していく様子を紹介する内容。WEAVERはタイのバン ド・Instinctとタッグを組んで制作した楽曲で番組を盛り上げる。

Members of WEAVER to study abroad in London

It's been announced that all members of WEAVER will be studying abroad in London starting in late-January. 

WEAVER will celebrate their 5th year anniversary in October of 2014. The members decided to study abroad as they thought that "it's a good time to boldly challenge ourselves to new things." 

They expressed, "In London, a city where the music we respect is born, we will study English, and realistically feel and absorb that air. We want to show everyone a WEAVER that's boldly evolved from before!" 

WEAVER will continue their activities while in London.

[FULL PV] WEAVER - 「夢じゃないこの世界」

WEAVER to release new single + live DVD + one-man live

It’s been revealed that WEAVER will be releasing their new single, “Yume Janai Kono Sekai“, and live DVD, “WEAVER ‘Piano Trio Performance’ LIVE at Zepp DiverCity“, on June 26. They will also be holding an one-man live on June 29 at NHK Hall.

This was announced by the members themselves during the final show of their one-man tour on April 21 at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO. The live DVD will feature this concert, and it will be released exclusively on Amuse’s official online shop, ‘ASMART‘.

WEAVER’s concert on June 29 at NHK Hall will be called ‘WEAVER Special Live 2013 ~Kawabe Toru, Shihanseiki Tanjousai~‘, and it will also be held to celebrate member Kawabe Toru’s 25th birthday. Ticket pre-reservations are available on their official website until April 30 at 11:00 pm.

WEAVER to hold a live house tour in spring

Rock band WEAVER has announced that they will be holding a live house tour called ‘WEAVER Handmade TOUR 2013: Piano Trip Performance‘, in spring of 2013!

This announcement was made on November 4th during WEAVER’s school festival live at Kawabe Toru’s (Dr) alma mater Kansai Gakuin University. The tour will coincide the band’s upcoming album, “Handmade“, which will be released on January 16th. It will kick off on March 20th at Sendai Rensa, and will wrap up on April 21st at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO for a total of 9 shows.

WEAVER is currently in the middle of their school festival tour, ‘Rock the campus’ TOUR 2012‘. They will hold their finale on November 10th at Sanno University Jiyugaoka Campus.

WEAVER to hold their first school festival tour

It’s been revealed that WEAVER will be holding their first school festival tour, “Rock the campus’ TOUR 2012“, this fall!


This tour will kick off on October 6th at Jichi Medical School’s ‘Kusushi Festival’. Currently, the band is scheduled to perform at 8 schools nationwide. More schools will be added at a later date.
