Superfly to release “Force” as new single

It’s been revealed that Superfly will be releasing the title track of her latest album, “Force“, as her new single on October 31st.

“Force” is a rock tune that brings out Ochi Shiho’s powerful vocals. It will be used as the theme song for TV Asahi’s upcoming drama, ‘Doctor X ~ Gekai Daimon Michiko~‘, starting October 18th. For its coupling track, the single will include a rock number called “Owarinaki Game“, and a ballad, “Toumei Ningen“.

The single will be released in both limited and regular editions. In the limited edition DVD, you will find footage from Superfly’s free live that was held on September 19th at Yoyogi Park Outdoor Stage. Meanwhile, the first press editions will enclose ticket pre-order information for Superfly’s arena tour.

Superfly announces her 2nd arena tour

Superfly has announced that she will be holding a nationwide arena tour starting in March of 2013!

On September 19th, Superfly will finally release her 4th album, “Force“. To commemorate this release, she’s already scheduled to hold a nationwide hall tour from October to January of 2013.

Superfly’s 2nd arena tour will kick off on March 9th at Makuhari Messe Event Hall, and will wrap up on April 21st at Saitama Super Arena for a total of 9 shows. Details on advance ticket reservations can be found in the first press edition of “Force”.

Superfly (Ochi Shiho) has released the PV for her song “Force” through Warner Music Japan’s official YouTube channel!

“Force” is the title track of Superfly’s upcoming album, which is scheduled for release on September 19th. This will be her 4th original album, and it’s described as her “strongest rock album” yet.

Ochi Shiho’s solo project Superfly has unveiled the PV for her song, “Kagayaku Tsuki no You ni“!

This is one of the title tracks from Superfly’s upcoming double A-side single, “Kagayaku Tsuki no You ni / The Bird Without Wings“, scheduled for an August 15th release. It’s currently being used as the theme song for the TBS drama, “Summer Rescue ~Tenkuu no Shinryojo“, starring actor Mukai Osamu.
