Japanese rock band [Champagne] announced the release of their new double-A-side single "Run Away / Oblivion" that will include 4 songs. Both lead tracks will be used as theme songs of fashion brand's "LITHIUM HOMME" and "NIKE".
[Champagne] describes this as a project where fashion and music becomes one and so they wanted to compose songs that fit into this concept. This is the thought that made them compose their new songs "Oblivion" and "Run Away". "Oblivion" will be the theme song of "LITHIUM HOMME"'s fall/winter collection and "Run Away" will be used as theme song of "NIKE+ FUELBAND SE" and gets a PV in December.
But also the 3rd track included on this release has a background story: "Rise" has already been released on their latest album "Me No Do Karate." and they re-cut it for this single while "Paint Your Socks Into Pink" is a new song with influences of punk music.
The single will costs 1365 Yen and is scheduled to drop on December 25th.
