BUCK-TICK has revealed the CD jacket photo for their first-ever double A-side single, "LOVE PARADE/STEPPERS -PARADE-," which will be released on January 22, 2014.
BUCK-TICK's documentary film "Gekijobuan BUCK-TICK ~BUCK-TICK Genshou~" will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on January 22, 2014, and the two songs "LOVE PARADE" and "STEPPERS -PARADE-" were written as the theme songs for the first two parts of the film. This will be BUCK-TICK's first double A-side single, released in the twenty-seventh year since their formation.
The songs were both newly mixed for the single release. "LOVE PARADE" is the theme song for "I," the first part of the documentary film, and was composed by guitarist Hidehiko Hoshino with lyrics written by vocalist Atsushi Sakurai. "STEPPERS -PARADE-," the theme song to "II," was composed by guitarist Hisashi Imai with lyrics by Atsushi Sakurai.
Also, on the film's official website, there is a trailer video for the DVD and Blu-ray release as well as a portion of "Gekijouban BUCK-TICK ~BUCK-TICK Genshou~III," which was not released in theaters.
Prior to the DVD/Blu-ray release, CD release, and next year's tour, starting at 7:00 p.m. on November 11, smart phone cases with designs was supervised by the members went on sale exclusively on the internet. Fans can choose their preferred design and phone model type from a total of eleven different varieties to reflect their love of BUCK-TICK.
