Silver Ash, China's first visual kei band, has announced a new member joining their line-up. Poison, who joined Silver Ash as support bassist on the first leg of Silver Ash's China tour, will be replacing Cain as the band's bassist.
Cain, who previously joined Silver Ash as both bassist and sampler, will focus on programming and sampling the electronic elements of the band's music.
"We are really excited to have Poison as our bassist. He's an amazing performer and bassist," said Ling, the band's vocalist and leader.
"Silver Ash is very important in Chinese rock. I am very honored to be part of the band," said Poison.
Earlier this year, Silver Ash officially reunited after an eight-year hiatus, and have since released two singles, "Pretty but Evil" and "REBORN". They are currently on tour in China and recording new songs for an upcoming release.
