REDMAN’s first single, “Challenge the GAME”, has been chosen to be the ending theme song for the anime, “Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL”, which will begin airing on October 6.
REDMAN is a quintet band that has a background in doing music from a variety of musical genres including heavy rock, emo, pops, and punk. Except for the fact that they are a rock band formed in 2013, most information about the band still remains a mystery. “Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL” is the fifth of the “Yu-Gi-Oh!” anime series. The author of “Yu-Gi-Oh!” himself has worked on the character design for this new series.
The lyrics of the ending theme song, “Challenge the GAME”, parallels the main character of the series, Yuma, who, without fear of failure, keeps on running with strong determination to overcome all obstacles that stand before him.
