VizeL Disbands and Fired Their Vocalist
Actually it’s the other way round: A band decides to disband because for example one of the members wants to leave the band and after disbanding they're going different ways. This time it’s a bit different.
Earlier this month Visual Kei band VizeL announced to disband because of different opinions about music and the band’s direction. Their last live was planned for November 28th. This live at Ikebukuro EDGE will still take place but there will be another line-up than actually planned.
The members wrote in their blogs that on 24th they came to know that Vocalist Haku took all the money the band has saved from selling CD’s and merchandise and spent it on private things like gambling. That caused a lot of trouble for the other members, their staff and the live houses. And of course besides that, the members stated that they are also emotionally shocked. Even though there's only one live performance left and they really wanted to hold that live with all of the members they decided that’s impossible to work with Haku any longer. In the end the vocalist had to leave the band and their label Virgin AIR entertainment.
His profile and his blog have already been removed from their official website.
Right now they’re not sure who will take Haku’s place at their last live on November 28th but they're still planning to hold that live.
