After 13 years, the 4 original members of rock band T-BOLAN reunited on September 19th in Tokyo and talked about their current state in an interview.
Even with a continual stream of hit songs like “Hanashitaku wa Nai” and “Bye For Now”, the group disbanded in 1999 due to vocalist Moritomo Arashi’s (46) vocal cord condition. This time around, after it was confirmed that Moritomo had recovered, the group reunited and the members appeared happy as they stated, “It feels like a watch that stopped has started moving once again.”
The group will mark their comeback and start their activities on October 4th with a performance at Harmony Hall Zama in Kanagawa, which is a part of the nationwide tour “‘BEING LEGEND’ Live Tour 2012“, together with hit 90s artists such as DEEN and other artists who belong to the agency Being,Inc. Moritomo expressed his ambitions commenting, “I would like it if my band can hold their own solo performance after riding on the tailwind of the LEGEND Tour.”
