AKQUA will disband

Today isn't a good day for Visual Kei fans: AKQUA announced to disband in one month.

The band lasted for not even one year and already had a hard time. In July two members were involved in a car accident and two months later guitarist Sera left the band. Even though a new guitarist named Kazuya joined them in November the new line-up won't last long. Today vocalist Shizuku and bassist Yua announced to depart which leads to the disbanding of AKQUA. The members didn't really give a reason for their departure yet, the official announcement just says that they will depart due to various reasons. Kazuya is the only one who has already commented on it. He said that he's very sad about the announcement and that he "didn't want to let it end like this". But they can't continue as three-member band, so the remaining members came to the end that it's the best to disband. 

AKQUA's last live will be held at Ash OSAKA on March 30th.
