The guest performers have been announced for ART-SCHOOL's event "KINOSHITA NIGHT2014," which will be held on March 14 and March 22.
The March 14 performance in Osaka will feature guests downy, THE NOVEMBERS, and DJ:DAWA (FLAKE RECORDS). The March 22 performance in Tokyo will feature ACIDMAN, People In The Box, and a DJ to be announced at a later time. The pre-sale ticket reservation period has already begun on the official website, so make sure to check it out.
ART-SCHOOL has also announced that in spring, they will release their first full album in a year and eight months. The title track, "Kakumeika wa Yume wo Miru," which they performed live for the first time at the end of 2013, features rapper TamakiROY, and the album will be produced by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION's Masafumi Goto. According to Riki Kinoshita, the album is packed full of everything from their musical career. The album is a masterpiece that is both aggressive and filled with delicate aesthetic beauty.
The songs were arranged through unhurried pre-production, the album featuring eleven tracks all worth a listen. The first press will include music videos and live footage of "BABY ACID BABY" and "Frozen Girl."
Accompanying the new album, ART-SCHOOL will hold their first album release tour in about two years. Advance tickets for the tour are currently available for reservation on the official website.
