NIGHTMARE's new single "Rewrite" reached number two on the January 20 Oricon Weekly Single Ranking. For NIGHTMARE, who is celebrating the ten-year anniversary of their major debut in 2014, this is their highest chart placement in their history as a band. Prior to this, their highest chart position was for the 2007 release "Raison d'être," which took number three on the weekly chart.
NIGHTMARE will release an original album in March, their ninth such release as a major artist. Following the single release, they will begin a twenty-show nationwide tour starting on April 3. NIGHTMARE will also be holding their second ever overseas performance in Houston, Texas in the middle of March.
