Cyntia is the girls’ band who’s new song “Senkou Strings” is currently being aired as the theme song for “Saint Seiya Ω”. It has been confirmed that their live concert would be broadcasted live for the first time.
The show that is scheduled to be aired this time will be their one-man show “Senkou no Merry Christmas” which will be held at Shibuya duo MUSIC EXCHANGE on December 19th. The show will be aired live on Niconico Live.
Cyntia has mainly been active at live music bars within Tokyo, but as their popularity steadily keep rising, more and more fans have wished to see their live performances. In order to cater to those requests, the aforementioned project to air their show live came into shape. On a side note, the music video for “Senkou no Strings” uploaded to YouTube has already surpassed 20,000 plays, which not only reflects the popularity of the song itself, but also the band’s.
Cyntia will also be holding a fan-meeting event on January 25th, at Minami Aoyama Future SEVEN. Only members of the band’s fan site will be eligible for attending the event. The event will feature the members’ talk show, handshaking and autograph-signing event and more.
