Anime Boston Announces JAM Project as Musical Guest of Honor for Convention 2014

Anime Boston announces their musical guest of honor for convention 2014, JAM Project ! JAM Project stands for Japan Animation-song Makers, consists of Hironobu Kageyama, Masaaki Endoh, Hiroshi Kitadani, Masami Okui and Yoshiki Fukuyama. In addition to their work as JAM Project, each is a superstar in their own right with prolific solo careers.

For the first time ever, U.S. fans will get the back to back opportunity not only to experience the full JAM Project band in concert, but also a special second concert dedicated to each member’s solo material.

JAM Project released a full album after three years titled "Thumb Rise Again" in Ocotber of this year for a cost of 2,857yen (3,000yen Tax incl.). This album was recorded at Capitol Studios, a world class recording studio in Los Angeles, the album contains 13 new songs. Produced in collaboration with Takayuki Hattori, the musician who made enormous contributions to the "JAM Project Symphonic Concert", the album is arranged by Jerry Hey, the horn arranger who put together the powerful horn section that backs up the music together with an ensemble of choral singers. All in all, over 70 musicians participated in the recording of "THUMB RISE AGAIN", making it another epic album!
