GLAY will release a triple A-side single, “DIAMOND SKIN / Niji NO Pocket / CRAZY DANCE”, on November 27. They once again teamed up with Masahide Sakuma for the production of this single. A portion of the music video for “DIAMOND SKIN” has been released.
“DIAMOND SKIN” is a mid-tempo rock tune that is about “unforgivable love.” The music video captures TAKURO’s lyrics about a sad and fleeting relationship between a man and a woman. A certain actress puts on a daring performance during a bed scene. The delicate nuances of an “adult relationship” are executed perfectly by the actress’ very first music video appearance. For those who are curious about the identity of the actress, the full version of the music video will be released on November 6.
Detailed information about the DVD was also revealed. The 37-minute DVD will include the “DIAMOND SKIN” music video, a making-of video, a band interview, a live performance of “Bible” from Day 1 of their latest Hakodate concert, and a live performance of “Winger, again” from Day 2, of the concert.
