THE CHERRY COKE$, who are currently on their release tour, “TOUR 2013 “Hoist The Colours”, in promotion of their album “COLOURS”, will be holding a surprising live concert project in November at Club QUATTRO in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
The project named ＜PARALLEL OCEAN ～Hoist The Colours～＞ will be a sort of “musical mixed martial arts” project. It would be a battle of the bands featuring artists of three completely different genres: “punk” vs “idol” vs “visual kei”.
The unorthodox idol group, Alice Juban, will participate as the representative for “idols”. Alice Juban are known for their exciting live performances with dives, head-banging and moshes. It has also been confirmed that Telepathy, the universe’s first air-guitar idol group, would be performing exclusively at the show in Tokyo.
From the “visual kei” corner, SCREW, who made their major label debut after seeing success with their European Tour in 2012, will be participating. Both their popularity and musical prowess are said to be top class amongst newcomers. Furthermore, BORN, who has been attracting much attention with their loud sound and superb stage performances that they developed through countless stages, will be performing exclusively at Tokyo.
