Japanese visual kei band Scarlet Valse who formed in 2011 previously known as RailTracer, has announced the release of the bands third single titled "Rebellion", which will be released at their second anniversary live "one-man live "Rebellion" at Birth SHINJUKU on 2013.09.22 for a cost of 1,500yen.

Scarlet Valse has been through several trials and tribulations, one losing their bass player I who paused activities as of last October for personal reasons after releasing two singles, "THE NAME OF VALSE "and "Voyage in Chronos", but seem to be making the best of things and preparing for their 2nd anniversary live.
