Litchi Hikari Club joined a new member, and New Mini Album Release

ex.PENICILLIN Ba.GISHO has joined  ライチ☆光クラブ(Litchi Hikari Club) at 2013/09/21, and their new mini album (title not yet finalized) will be released at 2013/12/11 (3 TYPE).

limited edition TYPE A & B will include CD+DVD, and regular edition will include CD only.
