ex-L members new band "DICTATOR CIRCUS" will form

It is announced at ex-L(f.k.a. L～Lotus～) members continual session band "Stalin." live at Shibuya REX at 2013/09/26 that they will change to new formal band "DICTATOR CIRCUS" after their live at Shibuya REX at 2013/10/03, and they will hold their first presents live "禁断領域(kindanryouiki) Vol.1" at Shibuya REX at 2013/11/06.
