The details as well as the art work for geek sleep sheep’s upcoming October 16 release major debut single, “hitsuji” have been announced.
The debut single’s lead track, “hitsuji” leaves a strong impression with its shoegazer-influenced melancholy sound; 345 and momo take turns singing the emotional lyrics, making for an excellent listening experience.
The second song that was announced on this single is called “SINCE YESTERDAY”. This song is a cover of the 1984 titled “Futari no Yesterday”, the second single released by the psychedelic pop duo from Glasgow, Strawberry Switchblade.
The third recorded track, “Good Dream”, provides a nice contrast to “hitsuji” with its groovy and powerful sound.
The artwork for “hitsuji” which was also made public at the same time was designed by none other than yukinko, who has worked on jackets for KAELA KIMURA, Kazuya Yoshii, and others. The cute and dreamy artwork will draw you into the wide world of “hitsuji”.
