v[NEU] covers SID's "Mousou Nikki"! And, a Budokan performance in December has been decided!

The visual kei rock band v[NEU] covers SID's popular song "Mousou Nikki". It will be released on December 11th. The song, "Mousou Nikki" which was released during SID's indies era has been made the challenge of ten groups of young visual kei artists to cover, and among them v[NEU] will enter the war.

And on December 27th, it's been decided that they will perform as part of the live "Visual BANG! ~ SID 10th Anniversary FINAL PARTY~"! At this live, SID will be commemorating their 10 years since formation. It's a special event for one night only which will throw a stone at the visual kei scene. It's a live that v[NEU] fans also should not miss.

"Mousou Nikki" had been released in 2004 on the first album "Renai"; it is loved as a song which has become standard at lives. The album "hikari" which was released in July 2009 the same song was dedicated with a sequel, "Mousou Nikki 2". The plan to create unique covers includes participants, v[NEU] and also AYABIE, R-shitei, Alice-juban x Steam Girls, Kameleo, ZORO, DIV, DaizyStripper, DOG in The Parallel World Orchestra and Moran, to make the total ten. Each one completed is gathering attention.

v[NEU]'s single "APOLLON/starting over" which was released on July 31st reached number nine in its 1st appearance on the Oricon Weekly Charts (dated August 12th). "The 25th Century Love" which was released in February recorded at No. 6 on the Oricon Weekly Charts, thus two works have consecutively succeeded at entering the Top 10. From "APOLLON/ starting over" which will be available from September there will be a nationwide one-man tour starting consisting of 19 shows. Next year on January 26th at SHIBUYA-AX there is set to be a one-man live! A release live and later other influential activities will continue.
