9GOATS BLACK OUT announced in their last live at Akasaka BLITZ the release of a BEST ALBUM and DVD with that concert's live footage. Now we know more details!
The live DVD will contain the full 3 hours of the concert (35 songs) with MCs from the members.
It will come in a digipack with a 8 pages booklet. There will be no limited editions.
