THE BACK HORN to Release First Double A-Side Single during 15th Anniversary

It’s been announced that THE BACK HORN will be releasing their first double A-side single, “Symmetry/Kowaremono” on February 19 for the 15th year anniversary of their formation.

This double A-side single includes two song names in the title, the lyrics for both of which were done by Eijun Suganami (Gt); for the coupling song, the single includes Yumi Matsutoya’s “Haruyo, koi”, which THE BACK HORN performed during the 2011 event, <Maniac Heaven Vol.6>. It’s the first time that they have combined a cover track along with their original songs in a CD.

The lyrics alone for the two title songs, “Symmetry” and “Kowaremono” have been made public on Uta-Net, and although the songs themselves are still yet to be released anywhere, they achieved the real-time ranking #1 and #2. “Symmetry”, which is based on the concept of “staying by each other’s side because we are incomplete”, and “Kowaremono” which goes to say that “surely it’s because love is incomplete that it is precious“, are both songs based on the same concept, each explaining a different point of view, and for this both songs are getting a lot of attention from fans.

As a special bonus, the Limited First Pressing CD will also include a DVD with the music videos for both “Symmetry” and “Kowaremono” recorded on it. This will be a special edit of the music videos, made only for this DVD, which links both songs in the footage.
