On February 12, SCANDAL will release a split single, “Count ZERO | Runners high ～Sengoku BASARA4 EP～” as T.M.Revolution | SCANDAL. The music video for “Runner’s high” from that single has now been released.
“Runners high” is SCANDAL’s first single in 2014; it’s a new song that will be used as the ending theme for the popular Sengoku action game, “Sengoku BASARA4” which will go on sale 1/23.
As mentioned in the recently published BARKS interview, this song was written right before SCANDAL’s one-man live at the Osaka-jō Hall in March of 2013, which had always been a dream stage for SCANDAL. HARUNA was in charge of lyrics and vocals.
The music video that was released features footage from the 2013 end-of-the-year one-man live, ＜BEST★X’mas 5＞. Currently, the short version of that video is available for viewing on SCANDAL’s official YouTube channel, so be sure to check it out.
